Due to the nature of our special pricing offer, refunds will only be issued within 14 days of purchase. After this period, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, except in cases of medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances as determined solely by Northball Athletics management.

Participants may cancel their registration or withdraw from the Northball Athletics program by submitting written notice to the program organizers. Any refund requests must be submitted in writing within the 14-day period and must include proof of purchase.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date the written cancellation notice is received. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise specified.

No refunds will be issued for participants dismissed due to failure to follow program rules or for voluntary withdrawals after the 14-day refund window has closed.

Program pricing remains unchanged regardless of holiday-related cancellations of training sessions.

Families who choose to pay the monthly membership fee have a 14-day cancellation window from the date of registration. If cancellation is not requested within those 14 days, the family is financially committed to the full program cost for the duration specified on the registration page for their program. Any cancellation request made after the 14-day window will require payment of the remaining balance for the remainder of the program term.

Northball Athletics reserves the right to temporarily suspend or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Facility issues (e.g., power outages, safety concerns)
• Staffing shortages
• Severe weather conditions
• Public health concerns or government mandates

In such cases, participants will be offered one of the following:

1. 1Rescheduled Sessions – Missed sessions may be rescheduled at the discretion of Northball Athletics.
2. 2Credit for Future Programs – A credit may be issued equal to the value of the missed sessions.
3. 3Refund (if applicable) – If the program is suspended for more than 3 consecutive weeks with no resumption plan, a pro-rated refund may be requested.

Northball Athletics will communicate any program suspensions and next steps in a timely manner.

By registering for any Northball programs, you acknowledge and agree to uphold a standard of respect toward all coaches, staff, and participants during training sessions. Aggressive, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the premises. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

Concerns or grievances may be directed to a manager or designated program leader on-site. While children and youth enrolled in programming will not be denied participation, parents/guardians may be asked to wait in the foyer or outside the premises, depending on the circumstances.

Northball Athletics shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, or cancellation of program services due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods, storms)
• Fires, explosions, or accidents
• War, riots, or civil unrest
• Government actions, mandates, or restrictions
• Epidemics, pandemics, or public health emergencies

In such cases, Northball Athletics will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative arrangements such as rescheduled sessions, virtual programs, or future credits. Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be issued at the sole discretion of management if no reasonable alternatives can be provided.

All Northball Athletics programs are held at the Scarborough Alliance Centre, 154 Shorting Road, Scarborough, ON M1S 3S6.

Participants and their families agree to indemnify and hold harmless Northball Athletics and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to their participation in the program, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by Northball Athletics.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario.

I acknowledge that Northball Athletics may take photographs and/or videos of me or my child during participation in the program. I agree these may be used for promotional or educational purposes, including social media, brochures, websites, and marketing materials.

I release Northball Athletics and its affiliates from any claims or liabilities arising from the use of these media. If I do not want photos or videos taken, I must notify staff in writing before the program begins.

I understand that other participants or spectators may take photos or videos and post them on social media. Northball Athletics is not responsible for such postings and there is no expectation of privacy during participation.
